National Impact

Federal Programs

Federally Qualified Health Centers serve as a safety net provider for underserved, vulnerable and Veteran populations. DisposeRx collaborates with a number of FQHCs across the country by providing at-home disposal packets and critical education. Click below to learn more about DisposeRx’s work with FQHCs.

State Opioid Solutions

State Programs

DisposeRx provides turnkey solutions to support state initiatives across the country. In Iowa, DisposeRx and the Iowa Board of Pharmacy collaborate on a pharmacy reimbursement program. In Missouri, the HealthNet Medicaid Program incorporates DisposeRx packets in the “Safe At Home” Patient Safety Opioid Initiative and pharmacy reimbursement program. DisposeRx’s state involvement is always expanding—learn more about newer programs in Alaska, Florida, and more.

Acting Locally

Local Programs

To address national issues caused by medication misuse, the best place to start is locally. DisposeRx partners with local governments, including county public health departments, county drug and alcohol commissions, county sheriff’s departments, city police departments and others.

disposerx can help reduce the risks of adverse medication events at every level

Every federal, state, local and tribal organization could help reduce the risks of prescription medication through education about proper disposal.

Reducing the risks associated with unused medications in the home is one way of helping to keep family members and friends safe. We are proud to partner with pharmacy and healthcare leaders, as well as community organizations, to help educate about the importance of prompt and proper medication disposal.

Please contact DisposeRx, Inc., if you would like additional information about our product or education initiatives.
